This morning I had my weekly weigh-in, and I lost 3.4 pounds. I had a great week overall. I worked out 4 times between weigh-ins, kept to my points on all but one day, and made good, healthy choices for my meals. I have updated my progress chart.
One minor setback I have is that I have developed a blister on the ball of my right foot. It’s fairly sizable, but hasn’t broken. I plan to rest it this weekend, and have my workouts focus on using the stationary bike, and weights for my upper body. Beyond that I have to think about my socks and shoes to see what is causing the rub.
All in all I have no complaints this week. I haven’t been writing much because I have been very busy at work, and here at home. I have some ideas for posts, but haven’t had a chance to get them written. More coming soon!
