Week 8 update

I don’t have time today for a long post, but I wanted to give the update on my weekly weigh-in.

This morning I weighed in at 314 even. That is a 2.6 pound weight loss since last week, and puts me at a total of 31 pounds lost since March 1.

I am happy with the result. Because of a very busy schedule, compounded by the Easter Holiday, I was only able to get to the gym once. I did, though, stay within my Weight Watchers points allocation every day, including Easter Sunday. That, as much as anything, drove my 2.6 pound loss.

For the coming week I hope to get to the gym 3 times, and hope that the large blister on the ball of my right foot will heal completely and get me back to my daily walking. That, combined with ongoing vigilance to my points will keep me going forward on the right track!
