Something I Never Knew I Wanted

While reading blogs about Weight Watchers, I came across this inspirational lady. Her blog is well worth a few minutes if you want to be challenged, and inspired by her story. She also offers plenty of helpful tips based on her experiences.

Quitting Is Never An Option

Invisible to Visible I have found in my weight loss journey that setting goals for myself is a sure-fire way to keep myself motivated.  The funny thing I am finding is that the types of goals I am setting are changing over time and as more of the weight comes off.  Sometimes I find myself thinking about goals now that I never knew I wanted to accomplish.  I have a variety of goals where my weight loss is concerned, from health and fitness goals to goals concerning my looks and clothing sizes.
