The start of a new work week didn’t slow me down from my walking. In fact, I walked MORE.
I arrived at work early today and did two laps around my building, with the second having some extra. At lunch I walked for about 45 minutes and got in over 2 miles. After dinner I walked with my wife for another 1.7 miles. My total for the day is 5.53 miles.
This chart has the “Average Needed” formula fixed. I needed a -1 in there to make it work out. I am now on a pace to walk 147.48 miles. I know that pace won’t hold up, but I am 100% confident in reaching 100 miles.
