Once again today I started by arriving early at work and taking 2 laps of my building. I really like that early, 1.5 mile walk to start the day. I could see this being a sustainable part of my morning.
At lunch I walked and put in 1.7 miles, half before and half after my 6 point salad.
In the afternoon I was feeling the urge to snack, and was a bit tired. So, off I went for another .74 mile lap of my building.
It is raining this evening, so not likely that I will get out again tonight. Here, then is my update for today:
