Week 27 Weigh-in

Today is the first Friday of September. As much as I hate to admit it, summer will soon be winding down. I plan to wring as much fun out of this summer as I can, I do not plan to go quietly into the Autumn and Winter!

This morning I weighed in at 266.6 pounds. That is a 2.2 pound drop from last week. My total weight loss is now 78.4 pounds or 22.7% of my original body weight.

In the past week I stayed true to my points every day, and kept up on my hydration. I went to a barbecue last weekend, and sampled all of the amazing food. It took a bit of discipline, and the avoidance of some of the desserts, but I managed to stay within my points even for that day!

I didn’t go to the gym this week, and my walking was good, but not at the daily levels of August.

For the week ahead I plan to restart my gym visits. With the August walking challenge I spent all of my exercise time outdoors. As a result, I haven’t been inside the gym in over a month.

All in all, I feel very good this morning!
