For the month of October the challenge is to have 1,500 minutes of exercise. Today I exercised for a total of 106 minutes, so I am well on my way. Here is my chart:
I tried two new things with my trip to the gym. First, I got up at 4:00am and did my workout before work. I usually don’t do this because I am afraid I won’t get everything done and make it to work on time, but today it worked out well. Tomorrow I have to be in earlier to work, so my gym visit will be after work.
The other thing I did that was new was watch Netflix while I worked out. Today I watched the pilot to Breaking Bad. There are 62 episodes in the show. I am thinking that I might have a mini-goal to have 62 gym workouts by Christmas. Let’s see how that goes.
I may not limit myself to these activities. I am considering adding in weight lifting to my routine, and will count those minute accordingly.
