Slight change in plans…

Last night I laid out my very aggressive plan for Thanksgiving day. It started with a workout and continued through the day with a close eye on my food.

I have been off work this week, and have been on the go getting ready for our guests today. I’ve been getting up at 4:00am everyday to work out, then staying up until 11:00pm most nights. This morning it caught up with me. When the bell rang, I didn’t answer the call.

So, no workout today. The rest of the plan is still intact and in play. I’ll let you know tomorrow how the weigh-in goes. I am completely committed this one thing:

Today will be about the people at the table, not the food on the table.

    1. Thank you, Kassie. You are 100% correct. I think that the benefit of the extra hour or two of sleep will be greater than the benefit of the workout in this case.
