Update on my 28 day boost

Back on Monday I decided to give myself a 28 day boost. I find that I am more diligent about things when I have a specific, short-term goal in mind. So, I challenged myself to do 28 hours in the gym, 150 miles of walking, 28 days of diligent tracking, and writing a blog post daily.

So far I am on track for all 4! This is my 3rd blog post, I have tracked all my food, and here is how I am doing (through yesterday), on miles and minutes in the gym:

28 dayThe miles are going to be the most challenging. I have never done 150 miles in a month. The gym time will just require that I do some longer visits, or some extra visits. What will help on the miles will be getting outside more.

So, I am on track, but still have 26 days to go!
