28 Day Boost update

Good morning. Today is the start of a new week. And it is the first day of the second week of my 28 day boost. Here is how I am doing so far:

boostI didn’t make it to the gym yesterday, and only walked 2 miles. Thankfully I have been ahead of pace on other days, so I am not hurt too badly by that day off. Today I have already done an hour on the treadmill, with more planned for after work this evening.

Also, yesterday I did not post anything to this blog. But, I have logged everything I have consumed for a full week.

Not too bad!

For the week ahead I plan to do more outdoor walking, starting today when the temperature around here will nearly reach 70 degrees! I plan to get to the gym for at least one hour per day as well.
