This post should have been written back on Friday, but I was busy and never got to it all weekend. For week 71, I definitely felt the effects of the July 4th weekend. On Friday I tipped the scale at 221.2 pounds, that is a 2.4 pound gain.
I was expecting that I would be up for the week with all of the indulgences of the weekend prior, so it didn’t come as a surprise. I will never admit to being happy with a weight gain, but I did manage to keep my perspective.
This past weekend was the Art in the Park show here in Plymouth, Michigan. I did the photography work for that show, and ended up walking nearly 60,000 steps in the two and a half days that I was at the show.
For the rest of this week I am all about keeping my tracker full, and my rear moving. The knee pain hasn’t gone away, and after this weekend it was pretty sore, so there is a call to the doctor’s office in my very near future to have it evaluated. We will see what next steps may come.
That’s it for today, a quick post!
way to go Bob!!
