Week 72 Onward and downward

Today marks 72 weeks since I started this particular Journey towards better health. I stepped onto the scale and weighed-in at 218.8 pounds. That is the same weight from before the July 4 holiday week, so I have successfully gotten rid of the weight I’d picked up there. My Progress Chart page has been updated. I have added a chart dedicated to just 2015, while also keeping the all-time chart.

This week I committed to completing and sharing my Weight Watchers tracker’s progress report. Here is the report for last week (today starts a new report):

trackerFor the week ahead, my plan is to continue tracking accurately, and sharing those results. I have also set a personal goal to work out a minimum of 3 times, with a stretch of 4 for the week. In recent weeks I have been slacking some there. Also, I want to get back to daily walks at work, which have also slacked a bit.

I feel good today. I am freshly showered from my workout and have a very positive outlook on the road ahead.


  1. Love the accountability that results from sharing your tracker. My friends and I would “screen shot” the WW app and text it to each other at the end of the day. Hope your knee is feeling better!
