Good day! Today is Friday, and that means my weekly trip to the scale. Today I tipped it at 217.0 pounds. That is a 3.6 pound loss from last week. My total lost to date is now 128 pounds, or 37.1% of my original weight. I am now 23 pounds from my final goal weight of 195.
This week my focus was on tracking and getting back to the gym. Despite some lazy mornings I still managed to get in 3 trips. I also did more walking at work, logging at least 1.5 miles per day during breaks there.
Above is my tracker for last week. I stayed under my points on every day. The Weight Watchers purists will point out that I should be HITTING my target every day. That is true. But I also know that I don’t always accurately measure my food. Leaving a bit on the table makes up for those inaccuracies.
For the week ahead the plan is the same. Keep tracking, make 3 to 5 trips to the gym, and live my life!
