What the….? Week 102 weigh-in

I have no idea what happened this week. Yes, I had 2 pieces of pizza on Saturday, and I indulged at a super bowl party. Since then I have logged over 20 miles of walking, and I have eaten cleanly and correctly all week. There is NO WAY that I ate enough on those two days to account for a 3.4 pound gain.

This morning I weighed in at 219.4, up 3.4 from last week.

I didn’t track in Weight Watchers accurately, but I also didn’t consume enough to account for that weight gain. It is simply not possible.

This week I continue to pull the oars and try hard for next week.


  1. I’m guessing it’s water retention. Remember how I gained 5 pounds over two weeks and it went away 2 days after getting back on track. Increased exercise can do that for you too! I bet that will happen to you!

    Still, it sucks! You got this!

  2. I don’t know what it is. And I totally get how frustrating it is. But here is the thing, you deserved every bit of that pizza or super bowl party. We are all in this for the long haul and a little up a a little down is okay! As long as you eye is on the ball and you get there consistently. Have a great weekend.
